Narrative:
As passenger boarded the flight, a man, looking to be a business traveler in his mid 50's, made remarks to the flight attendant. As boarding continued, he continued his remarks. She gave him a warning card for his actions. As flight was en route, his actions continued and he began using profanity. He was not served any alcohol and did not smell of alcohol. He made more comments to the flight attendant while deplaning. The general public needs to be educated about proper conduct and manners when traveling. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated that the man was mad about a delay and took it out on the flight attendant. He was mad en route because there was no meal service. He started using such loud profanity in-flight that the other passenger became quite embarrassed and uncomfortable. The captain had no direct dealing with him.
