Narrative:
Traffic at FL410 was descended and an operational error occurred with an aircraft nwbound at FL390. At the time of the error, traffic was moderate to heavy and I was busy. Flow control for J70 traffic was a factor and we were about to hold for ewr. The sector is very busy at this time of the day. The radar associate was busy with flight progress strips. The sector should be split in half, or a handoff controller in place. They intend to do this soon.
