Narrative:
I was landing using a close in r-hand pattern (as requested by airport manager). The fixed wing pattern was a l-hand pattern. I was flying a slow moving rotorcraft. When about 20 ft above runway, a jet passed me on the right side, turned to the right, did a go around and landed after I was clear of the runway (taxiing back to hangar). I did not have a radio and did not see the jet who must have been above the clouds when I looked on my base leg before turning final to land. The cloud base was around 800 ft AGL. The airport is uncontrolled. Since I was flying under 700 ft AGL, I was not in class east airspace, I should 'remain clear of clouds.' the airport is below class east airspace which has a base of 700 ft AGL.

Title: PLT OF A HELI OBSERVED AN EXECUTIVE JET GOING AROUND BESIDE HIM WHEN HE WAS 20 FT ABOVE THE RWY DURING APCH TO LNDG AT AN UNCTLED ARPT.
Narrative: I WAS LNDG USING A CLOSE IN R-HAND PATTERN (AS REQUESTED BY ARPT MGR). THE FIXED WING PATTERN WAS A L-HAND PATTERN. I WAS FLYING A SLOW MOVING ROTORCRAFT. WHEN ABOUT 20 FT ABOVE RWY, A JET PASSED ME ON THE R SIDE, TURNED TO THE R, DID A GAR AND LANDED AFTER I WAS CLR OF THE RWY (TAXIING BACK TO HANGAR). I DID NOT HAVE A RADIO AND DID NOT SEE THE JET WHO MUST HAVE BEEN ABOVE THE CLOUDS WHEN I LOOKED ON MY BASE LEG BEFORE TURNING FINAL TO LAND. THE CLOUD BASE WAS AROUND 800 FT AGL. THE ARPT IS UNCTLED. SINCE I WAS FLYING UNDER 700 FT AGL, I WAS NOT IN CLASS E AIRSPACE, I SHOULD 'REMAIN CLR OF CLOUDS.' THE ARPT IS BELOW CLASS E AIRSPACE WHICH HAS A BASE OF 700 FT AGL.
