Narrative:
The dessert carts had pulled out of the galley, when I heard a thud in the aisle on the left hand side. I thought something had happened to the cart. I went in to the aisle. A passenger was lying on the floor in front of the lavatory door, left hand side/business class, on his back, with his head toward aft of aircraft. I rushed to him and inquired if he were all right. He raised his right hand and said 'I'm all right.' the aisle flight attendant was standing at his feet. I reached down under his shoulders to assist him rising. Flight attendant #7 reached for his hand. He got in his seat and I returned to the galley. Someone said a physician needed to be paged. I did not see what had occurred to warrant this action. I heard later it was like a seizure. I paged, no one came forward. The passenger was very hot. I offered cold towels. He began throwing up. It was not convulsive, but constant. The passenger requested to let him get off. He didn't want to go to paris in this condition. We landed at jfk and this passenger deplaned with assistance of emt's.
