Narrative:
Exceeded 30 in 7. Due to WX, multiple delays resulted in running very late throughout duty day. Paperwork was handed to me as we arrived, plane change etc, and I did not realize when I departed oak that I would exceed 30 hours by flying the leg to lax. No message from crew tracking was received to warn of the impending 30 in 7 which would have been prevented if I had realized it prior to the oak-lax leg. The oversight was due entirely to a rushed get in/get out flying day combined with no support from the crew trackers. It is my responsibility to remain legal, but in the past I have observed messages and assistance in preventing the 30 in 7 problem. I should have included a running calculation during the day to prevent the overage and not expected/relied on assistance from the company to keep me legal. The total was 30.59 hours in a 7 day period. Crew member debrief information submitted 20 mins later. After a detailed discussion with tracking, it appears I was 4 mins below the maximum please disregard my previous message. Thanks.
