Narrative:
C172 was told to taxi to runway 28. HS24 was on final for runway 28 with landing clearance. C172 taxied to runway 36, crossing runway 28 without authority/authorized. HS24 was sent around. HS24 was approximately 1/2 mi final, no loss of separation occurred. C172 was informed of mistake.

Title: PLT OF A CESSNA 172 FAILED TO HOLD SHORT AS INSTRUCTED BY TWR AND CROSSED THE ACTIVE RWY IN FRONT OF A LNDG BRITISH HAWKER WHICH WAS SENT AROUND BY THE TWR CTLR.
Narrative: C172 WAS TOLD TO TAXI TO RWY 28. HS24 WAS ON FINAL FOR RWY 28 WITH LNDG CLRNC. C172 TAXIED TO RWY 36, XING RWY 28 WITHOUT AUTH. HS24 WAS SENT AROUND. HS24 WAS APPROX 1/2 MI FINAL, NO LOSS OF SEPARATION OCCURRED. C172 WAS INFORMED OF MISTAKE.
