Narrative:
After landing at atl, runway 28R (WX VFR, light right crosswind), 'anti-skid off' light illuminated, followed by atlanta tower informing us that they observed smoke coming from our tires abeam taxiway D on rollout. We selected anti-skid back on, then selected the synoptic confign page, which showed no abnormalities. After taxiing clear of runway, had our local maintenance drive out to check for blown tire(south). They stated everything looked fine, so we taxied to gate. Taxiing felt considerably rougher than normal. After parking at gate, exterior inspection revealed all 4 right main tires, as well as the 2 center tires to be 'bald-spotted' down to at least 1 cord. Anti-skid was on and autobrakes selected to medium for the landing.
