Narrative:

After landing tower instructed us to turn left on taxiway D, taxi behind the westwind into the pad and contact ground. Tower asked can you get by the aircraft X, we said no. Aircraft X pulled forward. On tower frequency aircraft X crew said I think you can make it. It appeared we had room to get by the aircraft X and started to taxi forward. I confirmed we were clear of their wing, but we have to watch the tail. We continued creeping forward, it appeared we were clear. Aircraft X crew transmitted we were clear. A second or two later we felt a bump. Our winglet scraped the aircraft X's horizontal stabilizer. Supplemental information from acn 490292: as we turned onto taxiway D heading nwbound, the other airplane, a challenger, had just landed on runway 16 and turned off on taxiway D heading sebound, facing directly at us. At this time I asked my first officer to find out if they (challenger) are going to hold for us. As I am saying this, the controller tells the challenger to give way to aircraft X going to runway 34. We continued our taxi on taxiway D, made a left turn on taxiway G and pulled up approximately 5 ft from the hold short line of runway 34. At this time my first officer called tower for takeoff clearance, which tower advised us that they were waiting on a release and to continue to hold short of runway 34. My first officer read back 'holding short of runway 34.' my first officer then notices the challenger trying to proceed sebound on taxiway D behind us and states on the radio to the challenger that he thought they could clear us. I proceeded to move the westwind as close to the hold line as I could trying to allow the challenger more room. The westwind stopped and parking brake set, I looked out the first officer's window to see that the challenger's wingtip had cleared our wing but stated to my first officer that I didn't think they would clear our tail. My first officer advised the challenger crew of that, and a few seconds later contact was made between the challenger's winglet and the westwind horizontal stabilizer. At this time I advised the tower that we had been hit. We were given taxi clearance back to the FBO.

Title: 2 ACFT DAMAGED AT PWK, IL, DURING TAXI WHEN WINGTIP AND TAIL CLRNC WAS NOT ADEQUATE.

Narrative: AFTER LNDG TWR INSTRUCTED US TO TURN L ON TXWY D, TAXI BEHIND THE WESTWIND INTO THE PAD AND CONTACT GND. TWR ASKED CAN YOU GET BY THE ACFT X, WE SAID NO. ACFT X PULLED FORWARD. ON TWR FREQ ACFT X CREW SAID I THINK YOU CAN MAKE IT. IT APPEARED WE HAD ROOM TO GET BY THE ACFT X AND STARTED TO TAXI FORWARD. I CONFIRMED WE WERE CLR OF THEIR WING, BUT WE HAVE TO WATCH THE TAIL. WE CONTINUED CREEPING FORWARD, IT APPEARED WE WERE CLR. ACFT X CREW XMITTED WE WERE CLR. A SECOND OR TWO LATER WE FELT A BUMP. OUR WINGLET SCRAPED THE ACFT X'S HORIZ STABILIZER. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 490292: AS WE TURNED ONTO TXWY D HEADING NWBOUND, THE OTHER AIRPLANE, A CHALLENGER, HAD JUST LANDED ON RWY 16 AND TURNED OFF ON TXWY D HEADING SEBOUND, FACING DIRECTLY AT US. AT THIS TIME I ASKED MY FO TO FIND OUT IF THEY (CHALLENGER) ARE GOING TO HOLD FOR US. AS I AM SAYING THIS, THE CTLR TELLS THE CHALLENGER TO GIVE WAY TO ACFT X GOING TO RWY 34. WE CONTINUED OUR TAXI ON TXWY D, MADE A L TURN ON TXWY G AND PULLED UP APPROX 5 FT FROM THE HOLD SHORT LINE OF RWY 34. AT THIS TIME MY FO CALLED TWR FOR TKOF CLRNC, WHICH TWR ADVISED US THAT THEY WERE WAITING ON A RELEASE AND TO CONTINUE TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 34. MY FO READ BACK 'HOLDING SHORT OF RWY 34.' MY FO THEN NOTICES THE CHALLENGER TRYING TO PROCEED SEBOUND ON TXWY D BEHIND US AND STATES ON THE RADIO TO THE CHALLENGER THAT HE THOUGHT THEY COULD CLR US. I PROCEEDED TO MOVE THE WESTWIND AS CLOSE TO THE HOLD LINE AS I COULD TRYING TO ALLOW THE CHALLENGER MORE ROOM. THE WESTWIND STOPPED AND PARKING BRAKE SET, I LOOKED OUT THE FO'S WINDOW TO SEE THAT THE CHALLENGER'S WINGTIP HAD CLRED OUR WING BUT STATED TO MY FO THAT I DIDN'T THINK THEY WOULD CLR OUR TAIL. MY FO ADVISED THE CHALLENGER CREW OF THAT, AND A FEW SECONDS LATER CONTACT WAS MADE BTWN THE CHALLENGER'S WINGLET AND THE WESTWIND HORIZ STABILIZER. AT THIS TIME I ADVISED THE TWR THAT WE HAD BEEN HIT. WE WERE GIVEN TAXI CLRNC BACK TO THE FBO.
