Narrative:
My aircraft was about to depart, after I had read clearance from cincinnati departure/clearance delivery, I did not hear any transmission on CTAF and did not adequately scan final approach course (it was very hazy, 3-4 NM visibility). I took the runway, held for engines to come to full power, and released brakes. At that moment, a cessna passed overhead, evidently on a balked landing. Neither aircraft got closer than 100 ft vertical separation.

Title: BE18 PLT, WHILE IN POS FOR TKOF AT A NONCTLED ARPT, EXPERIENCED TFC MAKING A GAR OVER HIM.
Narrative: MY ACFT WAS ABOUT TO DEPART, AFTER I HAD READ CLRNC FROM CINCINNATI DEP/CLRNC DELIVERY, I DID NOT HEAR ANY XMISSION ON CTAF AND DID NOT ADEQUATELY SCAN FINAL APCH COURSE (IT WAS VERY HAZY, 3-4 NM VISIBILITY). I TOOK THE RWY, HELD FOR ENGS TO COME TO FULL PWR, AND RELEASED BRAKES. AT THAT MOMENT, A CESSNA PASSED OVERHEAD, EVIDENTLY ON A BALKED LNDG. NEITHER ACFT GOT CLOSER THAN 100 FT VERT SEPARATION.
