Narrative:

During descent into cle on the waken 2 arrival, we missed the turn at elija fix to intercept the dryer 257 degree radial. We were descending through approximately 15000 ft and missed the turn by about 3 mi. Just as I noticed the error and started to turn, ATC asked if we were turning. We said yes and he said turn left to 030 degrees. I had the 115 degree radial off waterville VOR set on my side and the first officer had the 077 degree radial to dryer VOR set on his side. We were finishing the approach descent checklist which was a little different on this aircraft because it didn't have a gauge showing the zero fuel weight, total fuel remaining, and vref speeds. We were also in the process of giving a PA and getting a gate from cle operations.
