Narrative:
Tower cleared us for takeoff. During the takeoff roll, a commercial truck approached the runway from runway 23C which was closed. We were close to gross weight and close to V1, so we continued the takeoff. The tower did warn us of the approaching truck, but speed did not permit us to abort. The commercial truck ran a temporary stop sign at runway 36 (on charlie). Tower was not talking to truck.
