Narrative:
After 5 turns in the patten, instructor and I landed and decided to roll to the end of the runway instead of using heavy braking to make the taxiway turnoff. I made a radio call to unicom saying we were rolling to the end of the runway. At that time the landing gear seemed to collapse. I was looking outside to the end of the runway, so it is very possible that I reached for the throttle and pulled the gear up handle instead. The incident happened so quickly that I don't remember what happened, but looking down to verify where my hands actually were may have prevented this from happening.
