Narrative:
While performing radial drive reseal found lower shaft coupling damaged. Obtained replacement shaft and installed per manual, but failed to note incorporation of service bulletin which does not allow for single shaft replacement due to balancing and serialization.

Title: A B757-200 ENG HAD THE RADIAL DRIVE SHAFT REPLACED INCORRECTLY AS JOB WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITHOUT INCORPORATION OF SVC BULLETIN REQUIRING BALANCING.
Narrative: WHILE PERFORMING RADIAL DRIVE RESEAL FOUND LOWER SHAFT COUPLING DAMAGED. OBTAINED REPLACEMENT SHAFT AND INSTALLED PER MANUAL, BUT FAILED TO NOTE INCORPORATION OF SVC BULLETIN WHICH DOES NOT ALLOW FOR SINGLE SHAFT REPLACEMENT DUE TO BALANCING AND SERIALIZATION.
