Narrative:
Lga airport is many accidents waiting to happen. Ground control: 1) too many airplanes. 2) overloaded frequencys. 3)airplanes block other airplanes' radio calls, because airplanes are parked at gates and cannot hear when other airplanes are transmitting. 4) controllers block airplane calls, and airplanes block controllers' calls because of capacity overload. 5) controllers talk too fast, are not clear, and then they bad mouth pilots for not complying or asking them to repeat. 6) total chaos! In air: 1) aircraft constantly taking off and landing in the wakes of other aircraft (ie, departing runway 31 and lnd runway 22). 2) landing in strong xwinds just to try to keep traffic flow moving. 3) controllers rushing pilots on the ground and in the air. 4) numerous blocked radio calls. This place is a big disaster just waiting to happen. Traffic should be cut back by a large percentage!!

Title: DHC-8 CREW EXPRESSED CONCERN DUE TO EXCESSIVE TFC AT LGA.
Narrative: LGA ARPT IS MANY ACCIDENTS WAITING TO HAPPEN. GND CTL: 1) TOO MANY AIRPLANES. 2) OVERLOADED FREQS. 3)AIRPLANES BLOCK OTHER AIRPLANES' RADIO CALLS, BECAUSE AIRPLANES ARE PARKED AT GATES AND CANNOT HEAR WHEN OTHER AIRPLANES ARE XMITTING. 4) CTLRS BLOCK AIRPLANE CALLS, AND AIRPLANES BLOCK CTLRS' CALLS BECAUSE OF CAPACITY OVERLOAD. 5) CTLRS TALK TOO FAST, ARE NOT CLEAR, AND THEN THEY BAD MOUTH PLTS FOR NOT COMPLYING OR ASKING THEM TO REPEAT. 6) TOTAL CHAOS! IN AIR: 1) ACFT CONSTANTLY TAKING OFF AND LNDG IN THE WAKES OF OTHER ACFT (IE, DEPARTING RWY 31 AND LND RWY 22). 2) LNDG IN STRONG XWINDS JUST TO TRY TO KEEP TFC FLOW MOVING. 3) CTLRS RUSHING PLTS ON THE GND AND IN THE AIR. 4) NUMEROUS BLOCKED RADIO CALLS. THIS PLACE IS A BIG DISASTER JUST WAITING TO HAPPEN. TFC SHOULD BE CUT BACK BY A LARGE PERCENTAGE!!
