Narrative:
Flight xyz, XXX-ZZZ. We parked at gate with a jetway. After the parking brake was set, after the parking checklist was completed, and after the main passenger door was opened and the first passenger was ready to deplane, my first officer and I felt the aircraft shudder. After the last passenger deplaned, a ramp agent informed us that a bag cart had hit the left winglet. My first officer and I both looked at the situation and confirmed the fact that the bag cart was driven into the left winglet.
