Narrative:
Cleveland approach has had numerous frequency and radar outages in the past few weeks. I was working cleveland arrs at the arrival scope when I heard a 'ding' noise that was similar to the noise when the technicians 'reboot' a position. After the noise, I felt a slight jolt, electrical shock through my headset and throughout my body. I notified my supervisor immediately.
