Narrative:
Around the dates of nov/sun/00 and nov/mon/00, I was finalizing main wheels on 2ND shift. I finalized B727 main wheels without placing a spacer after the bearing and shipped them out. At the time, I was unaware that they needed spacers.

Title: A TIRE AND WHEEL BUILD SHOP RPTS B727-200 WHEELS SHIPPED TO LINE STATIONS LACKING THE WHEEL BEARING SPACER. 1 WHEEL WAS INSTALLED BEFORE RECALL.
Narrative: AROUND THE DATES OF NOV/SUN/00 AND NOV/MON/00, I WAS FINALIZING MAIN WHEELS ON 2ND SHIFT. I FINALIZED B727 MAIN WHEELS WITHOUT PLACING A SPACER AFTER THE BEARING AND SHIPPED THEM OUT. AT THE TIME, I WAS UNAWARE THAT THEY NEEDED SPACERS.
