En route atl-lga, level at FL330 on J51, cleared to cross kerno intersection at FL260. We crossed kerno at FL330 and were questioned by ATC if we had been given clearance to cross kerno at FL260. We replied that we had been given clearance to cross kerno at FL260. We had forgotten about the crossing restr. There was no excuse for this, other than we just forgot.
