Narrative:

On a passenger charter flight from tlh to pbi, I allowed a passenger to not use her seatbelt. The female passenger was very large and overweight. The flight attendants could not locate the seatbelt extension. Because it was a very clear evening with no WX and I did not want to create a major confrontation, I allowed the lady to fly. She said she did not want to use the seatbelt. The seatbelt extension will be (or has been) added to the flight attendant safety checklist.
