Narrative:
I was vectored for runway 24 ILS at hya, shot the approach and landed. ILS runway 24 requires 1 mi visibility and hya was only reporting 1/2 mi visibility. It was dark and I missed my approach plate and cape approach was vectoring other airplane for the approach. ILS runway 15 at hya only requires 1/2 mi visibility. It would have been useful if they had switched to runway 15 instead of vectoring airplanes to runway 24.

Narrative: I WAS VECTORED FOR RWY 24 ILS AT HYA, SHOT THE APCH AND LANDED. ILS RWY 24 REQUIRES 1 MI VISIBILITY AND HYA WAS ONLY RPTING 1/2 MI VISIBILITY. IT WAS DARK AND I MISSED MY APCH PLATE AND CAPE APCH WAS VECTORING OTHER AIRPLANE FOR THE APCH. ILS RWY 15 AT HYA ONLY REQUIRES 1/2 MI VISIBILITY. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN USEFUL IF THEY HAD SWITCHED TO RWY 15 INSTEAD OF VECTORING AIRPLANES TO RWY 24.
