Narrative:
From approximately 1000 ft south of threshold to 6500 ft remaining, runway centerline marking obscured by rubber. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter said that this condition has been reported to the airport auths and they are now waiting for WX conditions to provide temperatures above 50 degrees that is required for removal of the rubber.

Title: RWY 18L AT CVG, KY, RPTED TO HAVE CTRLINES OBSCURED BY RUBBER FOR ABOUT 2500 FT IN THE TOUCHDOWN ZONE.
Narrative: FROM APPROX 1000 FT S OF THRESHOLD TO 6500 FT REMAINING, RWY CTRLINE MARKING OBSCURED BY RUBBER. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR SAID THAT THIS CONDITION HAS BEEN RPTED TO THE ARPT AUTHS AND THEY ARE NOW WAITING FOR WX CONDITIONS TO PROVIDE TEMPS ABOVE 50 DEGS THAT IS REQUIRED FOR REMOVAL OF THE RUBBER.
