Advised by departure control to maintain 250 KTS. Climbing through 11500 ft, ATC asked if we have increased airspeed. We acknowledged the mistake and decreased airspeed back to 250 KTS.

Narrative: ADVISED BY DEP CTL TO MAINTAIN 250 KTS. CLBING THROUGH 11500 FT, ATC ASKED IF WE HAVE INCREASED AIRSPD. WE ACKNOWLEDGED THE MISTAKE AND DECREASED AIRSPD BACK TO 250 KTS.
