Narrative:

After departing atl, we were cleared to 14000 ft. Apparently, another aircraft was assigned same altitude. We received a TA which immediately changed to an RA. Our TCASII indicated we needed to descend at least 4000 FPM. Captain took evasive action, as I searched for traffic to find a CL65 (crj) taking evasive action as well. I informed departure that we were descending for traffic. After clear of conflict, and maintaining visual, we started our climb back to 14000 ft. We tried to question departure, only to be told to switch to center.
