Narrative:
On the bojid arrival into phl, we crossed over jst VOR on the arrival when we were corrected by ATC asking our position. We acknowledged being on the arrival proceeding to bunts intersection. He said we were taking a shortcut and gave us a vector to rejoin the arrival. At that point we both noticed that certain waypoints had dropped out on the arrival and that we were proceeding directly to bunts intersection. We rejoined the arrival into phl without any further problems. Even though we had correctly checked that the waypoints were there on our departure, we should have rechked once we got on the arrival.
