Narrative:
An aircraft had a nosewheel change. When mechanic removed the nosewheel, he noticed it had 2 inner bearings instead of an inner and outer bearing. I had previously installed this wheel. It was changed due to wear, not due to bearing problem. These bearings are very close in size. The bearings are already installed, and I didn't notice the difference when I was installing the wheel. The mechanic at the other station installed the correct nosewheel assembly.
