Narrative:

I was standing near the entry area when passenger were boarding. A gate agent came onto the aircraft and said to a lady, 'miss, you don't have a boarding pass.' the lady walked onto the aircraft without a boarding pass. She (a lady) sat on xa (main cabin) and wouldn't leave (deplane). The #2 flight attendant and first officer stayed with her and kept an eye on her. The gate agent called security. A medical person checked her, and he said 'it is ok for the police to remove her from the aircraft.' the police escorted her off the aircraft. We had to stop boarding. The flight was delayed 15 mins, without further incident. (It took more than 10 mins till security arrived. We were wondering if they were on the way.) callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated that the young woman had tried to buy a 1-WAY ticket to san jose, but she had no identify or credit cards, so the airline refused to let her buy a ticket. She then proceeded to sneak on. When she was seated, she pretended that she had fainted, and that's why the paramedics were called before the police. The agents stopped the boarding process until the police removed her. The reason that the first officer was keeping an eye on her was because the situation seemed threatening. The captain hadn't arrived yet. The police took her off, after the paramedics examined her.

Narrative: I WAS STANDING NEAR THE ENTRY AREA WHEN PAX WERE BOARDING. A GATE AGENT CAME ONTO THE ACFT AND SAID TO A LADY, 'MISS, YOU DON'T HAVE A BOARDING PASS.' THE LADY WALKED ONTO THE ACFT WITHOUT A BOARDING PASS. SHE (A LADY) SAT ON XA (MAIN CABIN) AND WOULDN'T LEAVE (DEPLANE). THE #2 FLT ATTENDANT AND FO STAYED WITH HER AND KEPT AN EYE ON HER. THE GATE AGENT CALLED SECURITY. A MEDICAL PERSON CHKED HER, AND HE SAID 'IT IS OK FOR THE POLICE TO REMOVE HER FROM THE ACFT.' THE POLICE ESCORTED HER OFF THE ACFT. WE HAD TO STOP BOARDING. THE FLT WAS DELAYED 15 MINS, WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. (IT TOOK MORE THAN 10 MINS TILL SECURITY ARRIVED. WE WERE WONDERING IF THEY WERE ON THE WAY.) CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THAT THE YOUNG WOMAN HAD TRIED TO BUY A 1-WAY TICKET TO SAN JOSE, BUT SHE HAD NO IDENT OR CREDIT CARDS, SO THE AIRLINE REFUSED TO LET HER BUY A TICKET. THE REASON THAT THE FO WAS KEEPING AN EYE ON HER WAS BECAUSE THE SIT SEEMED THREATENING. THE CAPT HADN'T ARRIVED YET. THE POLICE TOOK HER OFF, AFTER THE PARAMEDICS EXAMINED HER.
