Narrative:
Didn't realize until after airborne that we had departed sdf with the wrong flight plan. Scheduled for flight ceac sdf-mco jan/xa/01, received flight plan for flight ceba on the same date but which was scheduled to depart approximately 2 hours earlier. IFR clearance received from ATC was for the correct flight ceac. Weight and balance and fuel slip were all for the correct flight. Planned routing, passenger load and fuel load were nearly identical for both flts. Along with the wrong flight plan, I also signed the wrong dispatch release associated with the incorrect flight.

Title: B737-200 CREW HAD A COMPANY PAPERWORK MIXUP AT SDF.
Narrative: DIDN'T REALIZE UNTIL AFTER AIRBORNE THAT WE HAD DEPARTED SDF WITH THE WRONG FLT PLAN. SCHEDULED FOR FLT CEAC SDF-MCO JAN/XA/01, RECEIVED FLT PLAN FOR FLT CEBA ON THE SAME DATE BUT WHICH WAS SCHEDULED TO DEPART APPROX 2 HRS EARLIER. IFR CLRNC RECEIVED FROM ATC WAS FOR THE CORRECT FLT CEAC. WT AND BAL AND FUEL SLIP WERE ALL FOR THE CORRECT FLT. PLANNED ROUTING, PAX LOAD AND FUEL LOAD WERE NEARLY IDENTICAL FOR BOTH FLTS. ALONG WITH THE WRONG FLT PLAN, I ALSO SIGNED THE WRONG DISPATCH RELEASE ASSOCIATED WITH THE INCORRECT FLT.
