Narrative:
During takeoff on runway 25 at bqk a white car crossed the active runway. We had made all required position reports as well intention reports stating we were departing that runway. At approximately 80-90 KIAS we noticed a white car cross the runway from right to left. He did not look or even broadcast intentions over the CTAF. There was no immediate danger with car so we continued on with the takeoff. We later asked the car to identify themselves. Reply was airport commissioner! Callback conversation with the reporter revealed the following information: reporter does not have any idea why the vehicle did not communication and state position. There was a truck which was moving around which did communication and give position and crew had that truck in sight. The station wagon gave no information or communication prior to reporter request after his takeoff. Reporter has asked his chief pilot to check into the incident, but has heard nothing back at this time.
