Narrative:

Landed on runway 33, cleared runway and was told to contact ground. Ground was very busy. Captain started to taxi without clearance. Reminded him again (this happens all the time at dca, with him) that we needed to contact ground. He ignored me and got to the gate before I could contact ground. This happens a lot. Too bad the captain chooses to ignore my protests every time.

Narrative: LANDED ON RWY 33, CLRED RWY AND WAS TOLD TO CONTACT GND. GND WAS VERY BUSY. CAPT STARTED TO TAXI WITHOUT CLRNC. REMINDED HIM AGAIN (THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME AT DCA, WITH HIM) THAT WE NEEDED TO CONTACT GND. HE IGNORED ME AND GOT TO THE GATE BEFORE I COULD CONTACT GND. THIS HAPPENS A LOT. TOO BAD THE CAPT CHOOSES TO IGNORE MY PROTESTS EVERY TIME.
