Narrative:
Both primary and secondary radar returns continuously failed making the radar unusable for the safe separation of any and all aircraft. This is a continued hazardous situation that requires immediate attention.

Title: DAB CTLR CONCERNED WITH PRIMARY AND SECONDARY RADAR PERFORMANCE.
Narrative: BOTH PRIMARY AND SECONDARY RADAR RETURNS CONTINUOUSLY FAILED MAKING THE RADAR UNUSABLE FOR THE SAFE SEPARATION OF ANY AND ALL ACFT. THIS IS A CONTINUED HAZARDOUS SIT THAT REQUIRES IMMEDIATE ATTENTION.
