Narrative:
Leveling at FL230, a turn was initiated prior to the fwa VOR to intercept J178 from fwa to ape VOR. A tailwind of roughly 50 KTS was estimated. ZID asked if we were turning. Responded affirmatively and we were then instructed to come further left to intercept (assigned heading 090 degrees). ZID showed us overshooting the AIRWAY0.
