Narrative:
2 A10's climbing off fbk failed to stop climb at 4000 ft as assigned and read back. They climbed to 4700 ft, 1 mi west of an MD11 level at 5000 ft. I corrected the A10's and they descended back to assigned altitude.

Narrative: 2 A10'S CLBING OFF FBK FAILED TO STOP CLB AT 4000 FT AS ASSIGNED AND READ BACK. THEY CLBED TO 4700 FT, 1 MI W OF AN MD11 LEVEL AT 5000 FT. I CORRECTED THE A10'S AND THEY DSNDED BACK TO ASSIGNED ALT.
