Narrative:
Flying VFR at 10500 ft to int, about 50 mi east of int saw a turboprop airliner off my right at about 10000 ft. Watched him for a bit, called gso approach about 45 mi from my destination and got a squawk code. Airliner apparently got a TCASII and asked gso about traffic which they reported. Airline pilot got mad and asked for controller's phone number. Controller told captain it was his responsibility to see and avoid. Captain got mad and said he was going to report it. It was not a near miss or anything in my view, but in view of the 'flap' I thought I'd better use NASA form.
