Narrative:
We departed ckb and upon gear retraction we received a gear disagreement warning, a nose gear door warning, a wow input caution and a steering inoperative caution message. We ran the checklists and got the gear down and lock. We declared an emergency, returned, and landed uneventfully. The mechanic later told us that the problem was with a seal in the nose strut that prevented the nose gear from retracting.
