Narrative:
Flying from stl to mci, the WX was at minimums and we were very close to our maximum landing weight. The WX at mci was constantly changing and we were assuring we were within landing crosswind as well as under our maximum landing weight. Initially, we planned that I would fly the approach and the captain was required to land per our company procedures. The WX improved to 3/4 mi so the captain wasn't required to land. We had briefed the ILS runway 19R with the captain landing, and although it wasn't required, we still believed it to be the best course of action. As I flew the approach (on autoplt) it was very turbulent due to windy conditions. We were given a speed reduction joining the localizer, and observed via the TCASII we were still gaining on our traffic, so we configured and slowed to approach speed. Once at approach speed, separation was good, and an uneventful landing was made. Clearing the runway, I went to switch to ground control, and noticed we were still on approach control frequency. After securing the aircraft at the gate, the captain called the tower and discussed the situation. The tower stated their workload was high too, and it was not to be worried about.

Title: A B737-300 CREW LANDED WITHOUT CLRNC ON RWY 19R AT MCI.
Narrative: FLYING FROM STL TO MCI, THE WX WAS AT MINIMUMS AND WE WERE VERY CLOSE TO OUR MAX LNDG WT. THE WX AT MCI WAS CONSTANTLY CHANGING AND WE WERE ASSURING WE WERE WITHIN LNDG XWIND AS WELL AS UNDER OUR MAX LNDG WT. INITIALLY, WE PLANNED THAT I WOULD FLY THE APCH AND THE CAPT WAS REQUIRED TO LAND PER OUR COMPANY PROCS. THE WX IMPROVED TO 3/4 MI SO THE CAPT WASN'T REQUIRED TO LAND. WE HAD BRIEFED THE ILS RWY 19R WITH THE CAPT LNDG, AND ALTHOUGH IT WASN'T REQUIRED, WE STILL BELIEVED IT TO BE THE BEST COURSE OF ACTION. AS I FLEW THE APCH (ON AUTOPLT) IT WAS VERY TURBULENT DUE TO WINDY CONDITIONS.
