Narrative:
CAT ii approach to okc, broke out on slight angle to runway at minimums. During line up with runway 35, scraped the left outboard jack screw fairing and the inboard teardrop fairing. No other damage noted by maintenance. RVR was 1400 ft and the localizer was captured and cockpit indications were normal. Autoplt then disconnected and localizer was recaptured late. The preceding aircraft also had problems with localizer reception. Tower said the localizer was monitoring in the bypass mode, however, was monitoring normal 30 mins later.
