Narrative:
After landing, cleared to taxi via t-y. Due to poor taxiway lighting and inoperative taxiway lights crossed runway 9R/27L on taxiway west. Runway was inactive. Called ground for clearance back to taxi route. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the landing was on runway 21L. Aircraft exited runway on the high speed turnoff W2. Was then on taxiway west down to taxiway T. The landing was at night and in that area there is construction in progress. Many taxiway lights in the area are not working. The reporter thinks the runway sign lighting may have also been out. The reporter has no other complaint with the airport.
