Narrative:
Houston tower gave turn to 360 degrees with takeoff clearance runway 15L. We did not hear turn direction given. On takeoff, we turned left (shortest direction) to 360 degrees. Tower asked if we were turning left and we said yes. He said to tighten turn and climb quickly. We complied. No conflicts noted.

Title: MLG FLC TURN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION AFTER TKOF. SINCE THE TWR CTLR DID NOT SPECIFY WHICH WAY TO TURN, THEY TOOK THE SHORTEST DIRECTION.
Narrative: HOUSTON TWR GAVE TURN TO 360 DEGS WITH TKOF CLRNC RWY 15L. WE DID NOT HEAR TURN DIRECTION GIVEN. ON TKOF, WE TURNED L (SHORTEST DIRECTION) TO 360 DEGS. TWR ASKED IF WE WERE TURNING L AND WE SAID YES. HE SAID TO TIGHTEN TURN AND CLB QUICKLY. WE COMPLIED. NO CONFLICTS NOTED.
