Narrative:
At approximately AB30, 22 KM north of ads (002 degrees true), I was flying at 1500 ft on a heading of 178 degrees true. I was on a return trip from the southwestern tip of lake texoma with a final destination of ads. I had noted a cessna making low level passes at what looked to be 500 ft AGL, 2 KM west of my position. It looked as if the aircraft was practicing approachs over open fields just south of the mc manus private field. I monitored the aircraft until I could no longer view it behind and to my right. Approximately 5 mins after the aircraft was out of view, I noted what appeared to be the same aircraft to my left at the same altitude (1500 ft MSL) as myself on approximately the same course (180 degrees). At the time I noted the aircraft, it was approximately 1 mi to my left. As the aircraft passed abeam of me, it made an aggressive r-hand turn heading approximately 280 degrees. As I scanned the aircraft, I could not tell if the aircraft was aware of my position. As such, I immediately slowed from 70 KIAS to 40 KIAS and lost 200 ft altitude to insure it would fly over me. I then noted the aircraft diving to get under me. Since I was now unsure what the aircraft's intent was, I stayed at the same altitude and did a quick stop maneuver. The cessna passed approximately 500 ft in front and 100 ft below. The aircraft then pulled up hard to avoid hitting the ground and headed north on a heading of approximately 310 degrees. During this entire period, I noted no local communication on CTAF advising of any low level maneuvers or takeoff/landing in the vicinity. Since the only airports within 10 KM were all private with no CTAF/unicom stations, I did not make any announcements.

Title: A ROTARY WINGED STUDENT PLT RPT OF AN NMAC WITH A XING CESSNA AT LESS THAN 1500 FT AGL, 22 MI N OF ADS, TX.
Narrative: AT APPROX AB30, 22 KM N OF ADS (002 DEGS TRUE), I WAS FLYING AT 1500 FT ON A HDG OF 178 DEGS TRUE. I WAS ON A RETURN TRIP FROM THE SOUTHWESTERN TIP OF LAKE TEXOMA WITH A FINAL DEST OF ADS. I HAD NOTED A CESSNA MAKING LOW LEVEL PASSES AT WHAT LOOKED TO BE 500 FT AGL, 2 KM W OF MY POS. IT LOOKED AS IF THE ACFT WAS PRACTICING APCHS OVER OPEN FIELDS JUST S OF THE MC MANUS PVT FIELD. I MONITORED THE ACFT UNTIL I COULD NO LONGER VIEW IT BEHIND AND TO MY R. APPROX 5 MINS AFTER THE ACFT WAS OUT OF VIEW, I NOTED WHAT APPEARED TO BE THE SAME ACFT TO MY L AT THE SAME ALT (1500 FT MSL) AS MYSELF ON APPROX THE SAME COURSE (180 DEGS). AT THE TIME I NOTED THE ACFT, IT WAS APPROX 1 MI TO MY L. AS THE ACFT PASSED ABEAM OF ME, IT MADE AN AGGRESSIVE R-HAND TURN HDG APPROX 280 DEGS. AS I SCANNED THE ACFT, I COULD NOT TELL IF THE ACFT WAS AWARE OF MY POS. AS SUCH, I IMMEDIATELY SLOWED FROM 70 KIAS TO 40 KIAS AND LOST 200 FT ALT TO INSURE IT WOULD FLY OVER ME. I THEN NOTED THE ACFT DIVING TO GET UNDER ME. SINCE I WAS NOW UNSURE WHAT THE ACFT'S INTENT WAS, I STAYED AT THE SAME ALT AND DID A QUICK STOP MANEUVER. THE CESSNA PASSED APPROX 500 FT IN FRONT AND 100 FT BELOW. THE ACFT THEN PULLED UP HARD TO AVOID HITTING THE GND AND HEADED N ON A HDG OF APPROX 310 DEGS. DURING THIS ENTIRE PERIOD, I NOTED NO LCL COM ON CTAF ADVISING OF ANY LOW LEVEL MANEUVERS OR TKOF/LNDG IN THE VICINITY. SINCE THE ONLY ARPTS WITHIN 10 KM WERE ALL PVT WITH NO CTAF/UNICOM STATIONS, I DID NOT MAKE ANY ANNOUNCEMENTS.
