Narrative:

On final approach to runway 36L, first officer flying asked for flaps 25 degrees. Outbound flap gauge split with one showing 15 degrees and the other showing 20 degrees. Made go around, contacted dispatch and patched. Maintenance tried bringing flaps up and back as per maintenance instruction no help. Followed checklist for asymmetric outboard flaps, declared emergency, prepped cabin, and landed without further incident.
