Narrative:
On paradise 4 arrival to cax, original runway assignment was runway 25L, but was changed to runway 24R at the last minute. We had approximately 4 miles to change frequency for a runway 24R arrival and, as a result, overshot the localizer for that runway. Vectored back onto localizer by socal and landed without further incident. Felt that the late runway change contributed to our going through the localizer.
