Narrative:
I was working ewr departure which includes mmu departures, teb departures, and ewr and cdw departures. On departure, they are all aimed at a central point which has immediate conflicts and when you try to climb your mmu departures, you're climbing into mugzy's airspace, which usually has a ton of aircraft -- but you have to quickly climb your mmu. I had a lot of ewr departure tags overlapping, wrong frequencys, frequency congestion and little airspace to work with. I started climbing an mmu departure and there was a teb arrival there being worked by mugzy. I never saw it. There needs to be a more controled environment. Don't combine satellite with departure when it is supposed to get real busy. Summary of problems: 1) too many aircraft. 2) no airspace. 3) frequency congestion. 4) combined position. 5) traffic management working your handoff -- pushing traffic.

Title: N90 CTLR CONCERNED WITH INTRAFAC AIRSPACE AND DEP PROCS.
Narrative: I WAS WORKING EWR DEP WHICH INCLUDES MMU DEPS, TEB DEPS, AND EWR AND CDW DEPS. ON DEP, THEY ARE ALL AIMED AT A CENTRAL POINT WHICH HAS IMMEDIATE CONFLICTS AND WHEN YOU TRY TO CLB YOUR MMU DEPS, YOU'RE CLBING INTO MUGZY'S AIRSPACE, WHICH USUALLY HAS A TON OF ACFT -- BUT YOU HAVE TO QUICKLY CLB YOUR MMU. I HAD A LOT OF EWR DEP TAGS OVERLAPPING, WRONG FREQS, FREQ CONGESTION AND LITTLE AIRSPACE TO WORK WITH. I STARTED CLBING AN MMU DEP AND THERE WAS A TEB ARR THERE BEING WORKED BY MUGZY. I NEVER SAW IT. THERE NEEDS TO BE A MORE CTLED ENVIRONMENT. DON'T COMBINE SATELLITE WITH DEP WHEN IT IS SUPPOSED TO GET REAL BUSY. SUMMARY OF PROBS: 1) TOO MANY ACFT. 2) NO AIRSPACE. 3) FREQ CONGESTION. 4) COMBINED POS. 5) TFC MGMNT WORKING YOUR HDOF -- PUSHING TFC.
