Narrative:
Safety concern: on mar/xa/01 employee #west and #Y cleaned and reinstalled ceiling panels in the aft cargo bay. The aircraft was taken to the hangar for a turnover of the cleaning of the floor and belly area. A supervisor returned this aircraft to service without this work being accomplished. This action poses a possible contamination risk to passenger and ramp worker.

Title: A TECHNICIAN RPTS AN MD80 WAS DISPATCHED WITH THE AFT CARGO FLOOR AND LOWER BELLY INTERIOR NOT CLEANED PER THE JOB CARD.
Narrative: SAFETY CONCERN: ON MAR/XA/01 EMPLOYEE #W AND #Y CLEANED AND REINSTALLED CEILING PANELS IN THE AFT CARGO BAY. THE ACFT WAS TAKEN TO THE HANGAR FOR A TURNOVER OF THE CLEANING OF THE FLOOR AND BELLY AREA. A SUPVR RETURNED THIS ACFT TO SVC WITHOUT THIS WORK BEING ACCOMPLISHED. THIS ACTION POSES A POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION RISK TO PAX AND RAMP WORKER.
