Narrative:
Being vectored for approach ILS runway 27R on a base vector, I spotted traffic opposite direction slightly below. I called the traffic and about 2 seconds later, we had a TCASII RA. The captain took evasive maneuver, climbed to 3500 ft. We flew over the C130, advised ATC and were vectored back for approach.

Narrative: BEING VECTORED FOR APCH ILS RWY 27R ON A BASE VECTOR, I SPOTTED TFC OPPOSITE DIRECTION SLIGHTLY BELOW. I CALLED THE TFC AND ABOUT 2 SECONDS LATER, WE HAD A TCASII RA. THE CAPT TOOK EVASIVE MANEUVER, CLBED TO 3500 FT. WE FLEW OVER THE C130, ADVISED ATC AND WERE VECTORED BACK FOR APCH.
