Narrative:
Being vectored for approach ILS runway 27R on a base vector, I spotted traffic opposite direction slightly below. I called the traffic and about 2 seconds later, we had a TCASII RA. The captain took evasive maneuver, climbed to 3500 ft. We flew over the C130, advised ATC and were vectored back for approach.
