Narrative:
Failed to have MEL noted on flight release as required. Factors: flight was late, WX: high wind and dust storm, making PIREPS. Normal routine disrupted. In the future, I will add this check to my must-do list.

Narrative: FAILED TO HAVE MEL NOTED ON FLT RELEASE AS REQUIRED. FACTORS: FLT WAS LATE, WX: HIGH WIND AND DUST STORM, MAKING PIREPS. NORMAL ROUTINE DISRUPTED. IN THE FUTURE, I WILL ADD THIS CHK TO MY MUST-DO LIST.
