Narrative:
At 15000 ft, we received a TCASII RA that instructed us to climb. We followed the RA and climbed to 15400 ft. In climb, told ZTL we were climbing, spotted traffic (CE210). Center stated it was at 14500 ft, head-on course. Told center what just happened again, then descended to 15000 ft. Center told us he notified his supervisor, airspace was busy. He could have pointed out traffic sooner.
