Narrative:

At cruise flight, FL330, we missed the turn over bna on the rome arrival into atlanta. Our heading was approximately 090 degrees and we were supposed to intercept the 150 degree (approximately) radial outbound of bna on the rome arrival. When we were about 15 mi east of bna, ATC called us to ask what heading or routing we were taking. We corrected. ZME subsequently gave us direct atlanta. No problems were noted. Copilot was flying. Contributing factors to the deviation included distrs in the cockpit, all 3 pilots looking at an item in the pom, and no one monitoring the autoplt and aircraft. Approximately deviation off course was 4 mi.
