Narrative:
Departed cle in aircraft with open write-up. Write-up was no water in lavatory sink. Second day as an IOE instructor. We were loaded to the maximum with WX and poor performing first officer. Workload was high and I overlooked write-up. Did not exceed limitation of aircraft nor jeopardize anyone.
