Narrative:
The right engine oil tank cap was left off and engine oil was lost (approximately 4 quarts) during a time of multiple aircraft terminations of the day. I svced oil on the aircraft listed. I feel it caused my need to be 'speedious.' the problem can be solved by my slowing down and sound doublechking of security of the oil caps.
