Narrative:
The aircraft had multiple write-ups and MEL's, which required abnormal amounts of time to research. The captain asked me to do the manifest (which includes the weight and balance). I began the manifest, but was interrupted by the captain when he asked me to go outside the aircraft and visually check the fuel level. I told him I did not complete the manifest, but apparently there was a misunderstanding. We took off slightly forward of center of gravity, which I didn't notice until the following morning when I was reviewing the manifest, filling out the logbook. I don't feel that safety was jeopardized due to the slight amount of center of gravity was out. I will certainly inspect the manifest more thoroughly in the future before flight.
